Fermenusa Seminar

At Hall D1, room 102, JS x Fermenusa is hosting the event “Fermentation for Sustainability,” aiming to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals for Indonesia’s HoReCa industry through the substitution of imported products with Indonesian fermented products such as chocolate, spices, Balinese arak, and kombucha.

The event will feature tastings to get to know Indonesian chocolate with Terve Chocolate and ACBI, followed by tastings of artisanal fermented spices from Crafted With Time. There will also be alternative tastings of Balinese arak (Iwak Arumery, salak arak Selaka, and Palapa nutmeg liquor) or kombucha from Bons Fabriek.
